You are assigned to the Manager role or higher.
Proceed as follows
In the line of the user or API user you want to edit, click the Edit icon .
→ The Edit User dialog is displayed.
Make the desired changes.
Only if you are assigned to an Admin role, an additional option will be displayed for regenerating the password of API users.
To make changes to an API user, the API username is required.
If you want to change the username of an API user, ensure to update all clients where this user occurs as the connection may break down.
If you change the roles of a user, be aware that this may result in a forced refresh for that user.
Click the Save button.
→ The user is updated.
